Under some very tight time constraints, CGV was able to complete all our foundation work and erect pre-engineered buildings over our log deck area and slasher area. To whom it may concern,
CGV Builders in Cochrane Ontario were the contractors to erect the original Fire Hall in Cochrane in 1978. The engineered building was 50 x 80 fabricated with steel beams on a concrete floating slab. Metal sheathing to the exterior and interior finishes were applied.
In the year 2001 CGV Builders were again the successful contractors for a 40 x 80 addition to the existing building. Again the addition was sitting on a concrete floating slab to match the existing.
All work was preformed in a professional and timely manner. All time lines were met and no deficiencies were found. I would recommend CGV builders for any type of construction.

In the twenty-six years I have been in this business, rarely do we take the opportunity to thank a General Contractor for the co-operation and speed in which payments are processed. As a matter of fact, more often than not, as sub trades we can be very impatient and be just as quick to complain.
